The Town of Magrath Fees and Rates Bylaw sets the fees and charges for municipal goods and services provided by the Town. These include utilities such as water, wastewater and solid waste, as well as development permits, business licences, recreation services, administrative services and other municipal services.
Fees and rates help the Town recover the cost of providing these services and ensure that those who use or benefit from them contribute toward their cost. Council reviews and updates the bylaw as needed, with current fees and charges listed in the schedules attached to the bylaw.
