Magrath and District Volunteer Fire Department

The Magrath and District Fire Department provides fire suppression, rescue, and prevention services to the Town of Magrath and surrounding areas. The team of dedicated firefighters is trained to respond to emergencies quickly and professionally, ensuring the safety of residents and property. The Magrath Fire Department is equipped with some of the best equipment in Southern Alberta and we train constantly to serve our community. 

The department offers a wide range of services, including fire suppression, rescue operations, public fire education, and emergency planning.

Facility DescriptionThe Magrath Fire Hall serves as the central hub for the town’s fire and emergency services. It provides a base for housing essential equipment, coordinating emergency responses, and conducting training for firefighters to ensure the safety and well-being of the community. The facility supports both day-to-day operations and rapid response in the event of fires, medical emergencies, or other critical incidents in and around Magrath.

Raymond-Magrath RCMP Detachment

Serving Magrath, Raymond, and the surrounding areas, the Raymond-Magrath RCMP detachment is committed to law enforcement, public safety, and community policing. Our officers work closely with residents to prevent crime, respond to emergencies, and foster a safe community environment.

The RCMP provides a range of services, including crime prevention, emergency response, traffic enforcement, and community outreach programs. Residents are encouraged to participate in local safety initiatives and report any concerns to help maintain a secure and welcoming community.
