Lion's Park Now Open

The Town would like to acknowledge the Lion’s Club for the purchase of the new Apollo play structure. We would also like to thank our crew for all their hard work on at the Lion’s Park Playground. It looks great!

Please note we have a temporary fence up and will be working on the permanent fence over the next few weeks. Also, we would like to mention that the playground WILL NOT be sanitized, please play at your own risk.

Please follow Covid guidelines. Stay home if you are sick, practice social distancing & wash hands before and after playing at the park. Thanks for helping keep our community safe.

Multi-court open for the season

The multi court is officially open for the season and ready for play! However, please be aware that if the weather turns bad, the gates will be locked. Enjoy the season and have fun on the court! 🌞

Tree Pruning

🌳 Spring Tree Pruning & Removal Notice 🌳 Our Public Works crew is out doing spring tree pruning to keep our community safe and healthy! Please slow down and use caution when passing Town work trucks. 🚧 Tree Removal for Upcoming Sidewalk Project The trees along the east side of the baseball fields on 1st St E must be removed in preparation for a new sidewalk installation this summer . Rest assured, new trees will be replanted after the sidewalk is completed. 📢 Report Problem Trees If you notice any trees on public property that have cracked in the recent winds or appear unsafe, please call 403-758-3212 , and our crews will assess them for pruning.
