Property Assessments are used to equitably distribute the revenue required by the Town for its operations. Your share as an owner of property in the Town is based on your property assessment and sent out in form annual property taxes. Your property taxes support the Town’s services such as fire, police, parks, recreation, streets and roads, public works, corporate services, libraries, and other programs as desired by residents and authorized by the Town Council of Magrath. All of Magrath’s property owners pay annual property taxes, which are due on June 30th of each year.

2. Agree to Terms of Use

3. Select Municipality “Magrath Town”

4. Select Type of Access “General Public”

6. Search for Property by Roll, Legal Address, Civic Address

7. Select to view or download desired report
