NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF MAGRATH
IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA

PROPOSED BYLAW NO. 1266
6:00 p.m., June 23, 2020
Town of Magrath Council Chambers
(Care and Use of Boulevard and/or Lanes)

PURSUANT to sections 230, 606, and 692 of the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000, Chapter M-26, the Council of the Town of Magrath in the Province of Alberta hereby gives notice of its intention to consider proposed Bylaw No. 1266, being a bylaw to provide for the care of boulevards and/or lanes;

THE PURPOSE of proposed Bylaw No. 1266 is regulate the care of boulevards and/or lanes within the Town of Magrath.

THEREFORE, TAKE NOTICE THAT a public hearing to consider the proposed Bylaw No. 1266 will be held in the Town of Magrath Council Chambers at 6:00 p.m. on June 23, 2020.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that anyone wishing to make a presentation regarding the proposed bylaw should contact the Municipal Administrator no later than 4:30 p.m. on June 22, 2020. Both written and verbal presentations may be given at the public hearing.

A copy of the proposed bylaw may be inspected at the Town of Magrath municipal office during normal business hours or on the Town of Magrath website at www.magrath.ca/draft-bylaws

Secondary Photo ID – Passport • If you are using a passport as your photo ID, you will also need to provide a secondary form of identification that shows your address. Acceptable documents include insurance papers, utility bills, bank statements, property tax assessments, or other government benefit statements.
