Strategic Planning Weekend in Magrath This past weekend, Council and Administration came together for a productive strategic planning workshop led by Municipal Experts Inc. A big thank you to Paul Salvatore, CLGM, and Marta Bristow, MA, for guiding the conversations and helping us focus on what matters most for Magrath’s future.

This planning work helps us build on our strengths as we chart a clear strategy for success throughout this Council term.
